Responsibilities

Track license renewal deadlines and compliance requirements across state and local jurisdictions
Prepare and submit license and registration renewal applications accurately and on time
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain updated information and supporting documentation
Monitor renewal application statuses and follow up with agencies as needed
Resolve renewal issues, deficiencies, or rejections to prevent license lapses
Maintain accurate records, and documentation within internal systems
Notify clients of upcoming deadlines, completed renewals, and approvals
Assist with reinstatements or late filings when required

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
