Responsibilities
Manage the local ERP (SAP BusinessOne)
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including system errors and bugs, to maintain system integrity and user satisfaction. Document issues and resolutions
Translate business requirements into configuration items through robust change process and communication
Support the users in their duties, by training, expertise sharing and strong personal involvement
Maintain, Improve and develop reports on ERP data
Implement new configurations and updating existing ones
Establish and maintain user access rights, defining access permissions
Lead and execute local IT projects in alignment with global IT strategy
Execute local task of global IT projects
Guarantee IT best practices adherence
Guarantee IT execution per procedures in medical device manufacturing environment
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including system errors and bugs, to maintain system integrity and user satisfaction
Escalate issues to external providers when necessary
Manage request and Changes
Manage the system environment, overseeing software updates, system enhancements, and ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Qualification
Required
