Responsibilities
Assist in testing processes for project before deployment
Ownership over a meaningful project and/or tasks that will challenge you to leave a lasting impact on O’Reilly
Complete tasks and projects to gain the experience necessary to achieve their career goals
Build connections with O’Reilly team members and fellow interns through social events and activities
Participate in professional development curriculum with events hosted by experienced professionals

Java or similar Object Oriented Language like C++ etc
Any Frontend Framework or JavaScript or equivalent
Exposure to IDE (Integrated Development Environment)
Familiar with Database (SQL or NoSQL)
Familiar with Git (GitHub or BitBucket or equivalent)
Hands-on experience on project(s) involving the above mentioned
Actively enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Entering their junior or senior year of college (minimum 60 completed credit hours), or be a graduate student
Interested in development tasks related to Web applications with guidance from experienced Software Engineer(s)
Participate in on or off-campus activities outside of the classroom
Excellent communicators, both verbal and written
Passionate about contributing to and being a part of a positive culture based on win-win attitudes
Contribute to their local community through community outreach, service projects, etc
Ability to work full-time (40 hours) for 10 weeks during summer
