Responsibilities
Primary owner of the EverCommerce Cost models
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to monitor performance with specific focus on KPIs and operational drivers of the business
Drive process for partnering with the Leadership team on all aspects of financial models
OneStream power user for the organization to assist financial systems team with new functionality; serve as liaison with the field FP&A teams on OneStream matters
Involved in other special projects as they arise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1-5 years of relevant FP&A experience
Strong advanced modeling skills, including experience with three statement models
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in finance software and tools
Candidate should have advanced Excel skills, with OneStream proficiency highly preferred
Mindset of continuous improvement to advance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities and deliver enhanced efficiency and accuracy
Experience with SaaS companies and familiarity with multiple entity companies a plus
