Responsibilities
Lead the charge in identifying and solving complex manufacturing problems to boost efficiency and enhance product quality
Develop and implement targeted strategies to tackle production challenges, reduce waste, and streamline operations
Foster a collaborative environment to solve cross-functional manufacturing issues with innovative engineering solutions
Balance a hands-on approach to problem-solving with the ability to manage and uphold operational standards
Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses to inform continuous improvement initiatives
Leverage Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving methodologies to drive operational advancements
Interpret and analyze technical data to ensure manufacturing outcomes align with stringent customer and internal standards
Craft detailed reports and actionable insights from complex data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related engineering experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related engineering experience
Preferred
CAD software (PTC Creo, NX, Solidworks, etc.)
Tool design
Machining experience
Process automation (PLC controllers)
