Responsibilities
Design and configure SAP Grants Management (GM) and Funds Management (FM) solutions
Support end-to-end grant lifecycle from proposal, award, and budgeting to closeout
Configure fund structures, budgets, availability control, and posting rules
Ensure compliance with sponsor, regulatory, and organizational requirements
Integrate GM/FM with FI, CO, MM, and SD modules
Monitor fund balances, budget consumption, and grant expenditures
Support reporting, audits, and financial reconciliations
Collaborate with finance and grants administration teams to gather requirements
Provide system testing, user training, and production support
Drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Qualification
Required
