Responsibilities

Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, supporting schedule, budget, and quality objectives
Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure project execution aligns with plans and expectations
Support safety and quality standards through coordination, planning, and ongoing project oversight
Participate in estimating, takeoffs, subcontractor bid reviews, scope leveling, and buyout activities
Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, subcontractor invoices, and owner billings
Coordinate permitting, inspections, and compliance with contract requirements, codes, and regulations
Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, schedules, pay applications, and closeout materials
Lead and participate in OAC, subcontractor, and internal project meetings
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, design partners, and subcontractors
Support team development and collaboration across project engineers, APMs, and field leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–9+ years of experience in project management or assistant project management roles
Strong organizational and financial management skills
Ability to communicate effectively across office and field teams
Proficiency with construction software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office
Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
