Responsibilities
Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Build enterprise-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, etc.) integrated with Jira/Confluence
Develop backend orchestration services using FastAPI and Azure Bot Service
Create secure, high-privilege automation using Python and Playwright
Engineer RBAC-controlled AI agents for secure enterprise operations
Optimize system performance to meet strict SLA thresholds (<7s latency)
Design AI observability pipelines, including LLM traces, latency, token usage, and hallucination metrics
Own LLMOps lifecycle: CI/CD for prompts, RAG validation, model drift monitoring
Collaborate with product, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
Qualification
Required
BS or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, or related field
7+ years of applied AI/ML or software engineering experience
2+ years hands-on experience with agentic AI systems
Expert-level Python (OOP, modular design, strict typing, testing)
Production experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain)
Strong experience in prompt engineering, context optimization, and RAG pipelines
Hands-on experience with vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate)
Experience with FastAPI, Azure Bot Services, OAuth, REST APIs
Proficiency in Databricks and SQL (DDL/DML)
Cloud experience on Azure and/or AWS
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
