Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Serve as the functional business owner for assigned applications
Support application implementations, enhancements, and production issues
Translate business needs into user stories, specifications, and workflows
Coordinate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to manage priorities and releases
Support functional, integration, and UAT testing
Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and system optimizations
Maintain application documentation, traceability, and system knowledge
Assist with reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision support
