Responsibilities
Reconcile sub-ledger balances to general ledger accounts
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Create and post journal entries and prepare account reconciliations
Perform internal control assessments, including risk evaluations and documentation reviews
Support the evaluation and improvement of financial policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles
Solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or CMA certification
Experience with ERP systems
Background in a multi-entity or high-growth environment
