Senior Account Executive
Sales Search Partners is representing an AI-driven technology company modernizing the underwriting process for property & casualty insurance carriers. They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales process, focusing on new logo acquisition and managing complex sales cycles with large insurance carriers.
Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close net-new enterprise accounts
Lead consultative discovery focused on business outcomes and operational impact
Build and navigate relationships across underwriting, operations, IT, and executive stakeholders
Manage long, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
Partner with Marketing on messaging and account-based strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Delivery to ensure strong handoff and implementation
Provide market feedback to help scale and refine the GTM motion
Qualification
Required
Proven success selling enterprise software in complex or regulated environments
Insurance experience strongly preferred; FinTech, HealthcareTech, or LegalTech also relevant
Background in high-growth or smaller organizations (not exclusively large enterprise vendors)
Demonstrated hunter with strong new logo wins
High ownership mindset; proactive, adaptable, and resourceful
Collaborative team player who thrives in scrappy, high-expectation environments
