InternO'Reilly Auto Parts is offering a Summer Internship Program for students to gain hands-on experience in various departments. Interns will work on meaningful projects, develop a Career Development Plan with a mentor, and participate in professional development activities.

Responsibilities
Assist their team with special projects and daily tasks that will contribute to the success of the company
Design their Career Development Plan with the guidance of a mentor
Gain exclusive industry knowledge with site visits to stores and distribution centers
Participate in professional development curriculum with events hosted by experienced professionals
Build connections with O’Reilly team members and fellow interns through social events and activities
Qualification
Required
Actively enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Entering their junior or senior year of college (minimum 60 completed credit hours), or be a graduate student
Participate in on or off-campus activities outside of the classroom
Excellent communicators, both verbal and written
Passionate about contributing to and being a part of a positive culture based on win-win attitudes
Contribute to their local community through community outreach, service projects, etc
Ability to work full-time (40 hours) for 10 weeks during summer
