Responsibilities
Identify and engage new business opportunities through proactive BD activity including cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR decision-makers within your specialism
Develop deep market knowledge and position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients
Source, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels including headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit
Manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial engagement through to offer acceptance and beyond
Work consultatively with clients to understand their hiring needs and business challenges
Manage job briefs, create compelling job advertisements, and deliver shortlists of qualified candidates
Negotiate offers and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
Build long-term partnerships with clients to become their recruitment partner of choice
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years' experience in a recruitment agency
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Resilient, self-motivated, and commercially focused
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
