Operations Analyst
Sharp Decisions is assisting a financial services client in hiring an Operations Analyst. The role involves providing operational support in the Cash Management Department, including customer training and technical support, as well as assisting with audits and daily tasks.

Responsibilities
Provides WebEx product training to customers and/or Bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products and services
Assist with user testing as needed for upgrades and new product development
Provides a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel with Cash Management Online Banking services; performs customer setups; monitors product usage and system operation; resolves problems within given authority
Helps in the coordination and support of audits and examinations
Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; and participates in special department projects
Qualification
Required
Experience in operational support duties within a financial services environment
Ability to provide product training to customers and/or Bank personnel
Experience with user testing for upgrades and new product development
Strong technical support skills for Cash Management Online Banking services
Ability to perform customer setups and monitor product usage and system operation
Problem-solving skills to resolve issues within given authority
Experience in coordinating and supporting audits and examinations
Ability to perform routine daily tasks, review reports, prepare correspondence, and participate in special department projects
