This role focuses on modernizing the bank’s data integration environment by upgrading its current Informatica platform and implementing a cloud-based Data Batching architecture.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance and hands-on consulting in FHB’s migration from its on‑premise Informatica environment to CDI-PC and IDMC
Lead the design and development of a modern, cloud-based Data Batching process that supports batch files, database integrations, REST APIs, and related components
Collaborate closely with FHB’s third‑party vendor team to ensure the architecture is scalable, reusable, and minimizes custom code
Work with internal FHB technical teams to build and optimize IDMC batch processes
Support the upgrade of FHB's current on‑premise Informatica platform from version 10.4 to 10.6
Assist FHB in establishing best practices, documentation standards, and operational workflows for the new cloud-based environment
Qualification
Required
Informatica IDMC expert, with hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying batch processes involving files, databases, REST APIs, and other integration patterns
Proven experience migrating or upgrading on-prem Informatica environments to CDI-PC and integrating with IDMC Cloud
AWS expertise, particularly with cloud infrastructure hosting Informatica services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams
Preferred
Oracle Cloud experience is highly preferred, as FHB's data storage environment will be hosted on Oracle Cloud
