Responsibilities

Support end-user client systems, including hardware, software, network, e-mail, printing, backups, and related operating systems
Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and workstations
Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and configuration changes
Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area. A minimum of three years' experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Four years of recent experience with setup and/or administration of Windows 10/11, MS Office applications, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and Entra ID
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills with emphasis on related issues including Microsoft 365 applications and services, workstations, and networking
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
Ability to conduct research into issues and products as required
Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail and strong written/oral communication skills
Local travel may be required
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens

Preferred

Experience with MS Windows Server, infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, NPAS), Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint
Experience supporting macOS environments
Familiarity with antivirus management and backup solutions
Working knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, routing, and wireless LAN controller appliances
Help desk support, remote management and troubleshooting skills
Certifications: CompTIA A+, Security+, and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals MS-900
