Manage a full caseload of family and employment-based matters, including family and employment petitions, naturalization, removal proceedings, asylum, waivers, consular processing, DACA, VAWA, U Visas, and religious petitions
Communicate with peers, supervisors, individual clients, and organizations in an efficient and professional manner
Ensure client understanding and satisfaction as a fixed priority, reflecting organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Strong technical writing
Excellent attention to detail
Efficient time management
Ability to multitask and remain flexible
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, case management databases (e.g.: LawLogix), and task management software (e.g.: ClickUp)
Interest in technology applied to the field of law
Motivated and self-driven
Preferred
Prior experience in a paralegal/case manager role
Proficiency in Spanish and/or other foreign languages
