Sales Director

Qualification
Required
Hilton Core Sales Training Certification is required for this role
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Strong Customer Service and relationship management skills
Team Management experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team effectively
Business Development capabilities, including identifying new market opportunities and building lasting partnerships
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Flexibility and willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Previous Hilton branded hotel sales experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
