Responsibilities
Lead and execute executive search engagements within a focused practice area
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level clients
Run full-cycle searches or manage delivery execution, depending on role
Partner closely with marketing, research, and leadership teams
Maintain a high bar for candidate quality, client service, and professionalism
Contribute to practice-level growth and long-term firm success
Qualification
Required
Currently at an executive search firm (Direct Hire placements, not temporary/contract/staffing)
Minimum $700K+ annual search billings history
Currently recruiting and placing specialized Accounting & Finance talent
Preferred
Must live in United States. MST, CDT, and EDT time zone are preferred
