Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to P&C Personal Lines
Utilize Guidewire Claims Center to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development and implementation of solutions
Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to support decision making and strategic planning
Assist in the testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements
Provide ongoing support and training to end users to enhance their understanding of the Guidewire Claims Center
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) Commercial Lines Auto insurance products
Proficiency in Guidewire Claims Center, including configuration and functionality
Experience in business analysis methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the insurance sector
Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry
Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or related fields
