Responsibilities
Preparation/calculation of estimated tax payments for U.S. parent holding company
Preparation of foreign reporting: forms 5471, 8858, 8865, and 8975
Assist in calculation of GILTI and E&P analysis/completion of related forms and schedules
Analysis of foreign tax credit position, maintaining foreign tax pool. Substantiation and tracking tax attributes
Assist with annual income tax provision, review of foreign tax provisions, and tax entries for U.S. GAAP financial statement disclosure
Work with tax technology to identify/implement automated solutions to the compliance process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field with 2-4 years of experience in international tax
Willingness to adopt to change while working in dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Detail oriented
Proficient in use of tax research tools, tax compliance software (OneSource Income Tax), and standard MS Office programs, SAP
Broad understanding of ASC 740 and general accounting principles
Motivated to grow in technical tax knowledge
Ability to craft, implement and improve processes
Preferred
CPA preferred
Experience with foreign reporting forms such as 5471, 8865, 8858, 1118 and 8975 preferred
SAP 4 Hana experience a plus
