Responsibilities

Ensure and monitor the cleanliness and orderly conditions of areas around the plant, such as workstations, social areas and grounds
Maintain and repair minor defects within the social and outside areas with direct guidance and oversight, including general ground's keeping
Perform minor construction and repairs under direct guidance to ensure ongoing operations of facility
May observe to learn and support minor repairs on systems (i.e. carpentry and other routine building maintenance and repairs) under direct supervision
May inspect equipment and systems for preventive maintenance following plant protocol and move equipment and furniture for cleaning or renovation purposes
Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

English proficiency

Required

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
