Legal Administrative Assistant - Real Estate Group - Tampa FL
LHH is a well‑established organization seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support its Real Estate, Construction & Development legal team. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to assist attorneys in real estate‑focused practice areas.
Responsibilities
Draft, revise, and format legal documents for attorneys and paralegals
Conduct research involving zoning regulations, land use requirements, property records, and related subjects
Apply procedural rules across multiple jurisdictions
Maintain and organize client files, case documents, and transactional records
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including scheduling, phone coverage, and handling correspondence
Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, staff, and external parties
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Prioritize and complete multiple deadline‑driven tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in real estate law (including commercial real estate, construction & development, land use, pre/post‑closing, and litigation support)
High School Diploma or equivalent
