They are seeking an Accounting Clerk to manage spreadsheets, communicate with department managers, and track vendor information and purchase orders.

Responsibilities
Creating and managing excel spreadsheets with multiple inputs and links
Regularly communicating with multiple department managers to input new data, look up information, create spreadsheets to track projects
Emailing multiple vendors and tracking status of purchase orders and invoices and other relevant vendor information
Manage bid process for multiple managers, compile gid specifications, contact vendors, setup site visits. Register vendors in site security system, participate in walk throughs, receive bids and compile bid leveling work spreadsheets
Proactively review spreadsheets and offer opportunities for improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience in creating and managing excel spreadsheets with multiple inputs and links
Strong communication skills to regularly communicate with multiple department managers
Ability to email multiple vendors and track status of purchase orders and invoices
Experience in managing bid processes for multiple managers
Ability to compile bid specifications and contact vendors
Experience in setting up site visits and registering vendors in site security systems
Ability to participate in walk throughs, receive bids, and compile bid leveling work spreadsheets
Proactive approach to reviewing spreadsheets and offering opportunities for improvement
