UKG / Kronos WFC & WFD Consultant
Vidorra Consulting Group is seeking a UKG / Kronos WFC & WFD Consultant to enhance their workforce management solutions. The role involves designing, configuring, and deploying WFD modules, as well as managing project teams and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Recommend business performance improvements
Assign all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of work and drive people management activities within team
Design, configure, and deploy WFD modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Leave Management, clock management, attendance module etc. based on business requirements
Develop and maintain integrations between UKG WFD and external systems (HRIS, Payroll, ERP) using Dell Boomi, REST APIs, CRT and UKG connectors
Perform data mapping, transformation, and migrations activities including historical time and accrual data
Should have a knowledge of Custom Report and Data view Reports
Project Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive Project plan for the Kronos implementation, considering timelines, resources, and milestones
Team Management: Lead and manager of the onsite project team, including functional consultants, technical experts, and support staff
Stakeholder communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and oversee the execution of test plans to validate the Kronos system's functionality. Ensure any issues are identified and resolved
Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to the client post-implementation, addressing any issues or additional requirements
Requirement Analysis: Gather and Analyze business requirements related to time and attendance, scheduling and labor management. Translate business needs into Kronos system configuration
End to End User Training: Provide training to end-users and administrators on Kronos system usages. Create training Materials and documentation. Providing and scheduling refresher training for different UKG modules and use of UKG community porta
Continuous Improvements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Stay informed about new Kronos features and updates

Scripting and Development

Well versed with Microsoft suite of applications like Excel, PowerPoint etc
System Upgrades and Maintenance
Data Mapping and Transformation
Good written and communication skill
Kronos WFC and WFD Expertise
Expertise in performing configuration changes in Kronos WFC and WFD
Basic knowledge of Dell Boomi Integration and CRT
Custom and Data view Reports in WFD
Must have knowledge in Accrual, Scheduling, Attendance, Payroll, Devices, Leave management and other important modules
Experience Required 6-8 Years
