Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Configure and customize Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, approvals, and security
Implement and support Omnichannel routing solutions (Cases, Chat, Digital Channels) to improve agent efficiency and customer experience
Implement and enhance Agentforce solutions to optimize service operations, automate agent workflows, and improve agent productivity
Integrate Agentforce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud to enable unified customer profiles and intelligent service interactions
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure Salesforce best practices for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, providing ongoing system support and enhancements
Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation details following SDLC standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall Salesforce development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Proven experience working with Agentforce, including implementation and optimization
Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Omnichannel routing and agent experience
Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization (Flows, Automation, Security, Data Model)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, unification, and activation
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or event-driven architecture
