Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by understanding end-to-end business processes and transformation objectives
Lead Salesforce-driven business transformations, not just technology implementations
Build and own a long-term Salesforce agenda —architecture, roadmap, adoption, and innovation
Proactively identify transformation opportunities using Salesforce ecosystem capabilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional Salesforce teams laying a vision
Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and business thinking
Enable team members to think beyond tickets and deliver business outcomes
Engage directly with CXOs, business heads, product owners, and IT leadership
Lead large-scale Salesforce programs end-to-end: discovery, design, delivery, adoption, and optimization
Provide leadership across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Agentforce
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading Salesforce-driven business transformations
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders
Understanding of end-to-end business processes and transformation objectives
Proven track record of building and owning a long-term Salesforce agenda including architecture, roadmap, adoption, and innovation
Experience in identifying transformation opportunities using Salesforce ecosystem capabilities
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional Salesforce teams
Experience in building a culture of accountability, innovation, and business thinking
