The Deployment Specialist is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, managing terminal inventory assets, and coordinating the procurement of packaging supplies while serving as a subject matter expert in terminal applications and industry hardware.

Responsibilities

Working knowledge in all Terminal software
Troubleshoot download files as applicable
Purchase order placement
Hardware debit encryption
FutureX device maintenance
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Maintain up to date knowledge of current terminals, pin pads, check readers, etc
Maintain Salesforce SLA for Deployment and File Build
Handle program add-ons {check service, debit, EBT, gift cards, WEX, etc
Oversee the QC/QA process of daily deployments and file builds
Act as Liaison with Third Party equipment vendor
Other duties and responsibilities as directed by management
