Responsibilities
Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting all requirements and specifications
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow Architect
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and HRSD
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or CIS- ITSM
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
Previous experience in a Architect role
