Responsibilities

Build AI-powered developer tooling for coding, PR reviews, debugging, testing, and delivery
Design contextual, system-aware AI assistants using internal data, codebases, and tooling
Automate workflows across GitLab, CI/CD, Jira, Slack, and observability tools
Design and operate internal AI services and orchestration layers (e.g. agent-based systems, MCP)
Own solutions end-to-end: discovery → build → adoption → measurement → iteration
Work closely with engineering teams to remove friction and drive real usage

Required

5+ years of experience as a software engineer
Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM-based systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Strong backend engineering skills and experience with developer tooling
Product mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces
