Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Support implementation and enhancement of credit systems and workflows within banking and financial environments
Analyze credit processes, approvals, and workflows, and recommend automation and system improvements
Participate in system integrations, data flows, and API-related initiatives as required
Assist with data analysis, reporting, and validation related to credit and risk systems
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities to ensure business requirements are met
Create functional specifications, process flows, and documentation for system changes
Qualification
Required
Strong background and hands-on experience working with Banking and Financial Institutions
Moody's CreditLens – Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Moody's CreditLens
Good understanding of the product, configuration, and implementation
Mandatory experience with one or more of the following: Moody's CreditLens, Credit ADS
