Responsibilities

Execute integrated marketing plans that translate creative concepts into campaigns across social, experiential, and traditional channels
Support collaboration with internal teams (creative, media, product, digital) and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand objectives
Support social-first initiatives by applying platform best practices and emerging trends to enhance reach and engagement
Prepare and share campaign updates and performance insights with cross-functional partners to maintain alignment and inform future strategies
Assist in leveraging athlete partnerships within campaigns, events, and social storytelling to amplify brand impact
Foster a collaborative team culture that values creativity, curiosity, and strong cross-functional relationships

Required

Bachelor's degree with typically 5-8 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience OR Typically 10 years of relevant experience without degree
2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, social media strategy, or related fields
Proven ability to support develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, experiential, and traditional platforms
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with creative, media, product, digital, and agency partners
Deep understanding of social platforms, emerging trends, content best practices, and audience behavior
Ability to present and influence at multiple levels of the organization—clear communicator with strong storytelling skills
Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to manage details, timelines, and deliverables
Demonstrated creativity and a passion for staying connected to culture, trends, and consumer insights that shape modern marketing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities
Strong organizational skills and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans

Preferred

Experience working with athletes, creators, or talent is a plus; ability to integrate them into campaigns in an authentic and brand-right way
