Responsibilities
Partner closely with Leadership to interpret line plans, seasonal concepts, and business objectives into compelling product assortments
Drive fabric, yarn, trim, and silhouette development with a strong focus on quality, longevity, and luxury hand feel
Conduct in-depth research on global menswear trends, fabric innovation, colour direction, fit evolution, and competitive landscape
Develop and present clear, innovative, and brand concepts that balance creativity with commercial viability
Oversee fit strategy and execution, participating in fittings and providing detailed feedback to ensure consistency and excellence
Create, review, and approve technical sketches, CADs, and specification packages to ensure accurate product execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sourcing, merchandising, and marketing teams throughout the development lifecycle
Ensure timelines and quality standards are met across multiple seasons
Maintain strong communication across departments to ensure design intent is clearly understood and delivered
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented team environment
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in menswear design, preferably within luxury or premium apparel
Strong expertise in luxury fabrics, garment construction, fit, and technical execution
Proven ability to lead design direction while remaining hands-on in product development
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools
Strong merchandising sensibility with the ability to build cohesive, balanced assortments
Experience creating and managing detailed tech packs and line lists
Excellent presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability
