Lead Technical Program Manager, Supply Strategy and Portfolio Planning
Google is a global leader in technology, and they are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager for their Supply Strategy and Portfolio Planning team. In this role, you will manage complex engineering projects, define business requirements, and lead the execution of modeling ecosystems to support Google's infrastructure needs.

Responsibilities
Design and develop models for location strategy given land, energy and networking constraints. Understand business tradeoffs and translate to input and modeling requirements. Produce and maintain model results with explainability and traceability
Drive business requirements definition, design data ecosystems, lead and coordinate development to analyze multitudes of data sources reflecting various layers of demand granularities across data center and networking stack
Lead design and execution of modeling ecosystem, data collection, model design, tradeoff and constraints analysis, evaluation, model tracking and decision making
Manage execution of scalable models and data foundations in collaboration with software engineers and supply planning teams. Create communication channels across various teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
8 years of experience in the design and planning of data center infrastructure
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Ability to develop strategy, define and drive programs and processes through ambiguity to address significant business challenges
Ability to navigate ambiguity to define and drive cross-functional programs in large, complex work groups, including upwards of team members and stakeholders that span multiple teams/organizations
Excellent execution, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
