Channel Impact is a channel specialty firm that helps companies of all sizes achieve route to market success through partnering. We are seeking an Event Audience Engagement Manager to join our events team, where you will develop the audience engagement strategy and plans for industry events.

Responsibilities

Develop and ensure successful execution of end-to-end, coordinated campaigns that drive event registration and attendance across all channels (owned and paid)
Create effective communications and content in support of the events you support. Such as: website copy, booth signage, video scripts, social media, digital, and email content
Lead a group of stakeholders in developing a theme and bring it to life through creation of assets
Partner to align on objectives/goals, and develop agreed-upon readiness plans and resources to enable sellers and data/reporting requirements
Partner to drive agreed-upon outcomes from attendees (1:1 meetings, NDA meeting registration, etc.)
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop/measure/report on no-touch, low-touch, and high-touch plans and cultivate journey programs post-event

Qualification

Required

4-7 years of event marketing experience in the high-tech industry
3+ years of communication experience
You have a successful track record of leading events and creating the marketing strategy for the events
Solid Power Point/ Canva skills. You are skilled at creating impactful presentations
You have a portfolio of event marketing content that you have written
You are a master juggler and can keep many items on track at the same time
You are a master of efficiency - the ideal person always looks for ways to consolidate the process, operation, and approach to make it better
You are polished and professional -- you will be the primary interface to our clients and partners, and you must exude professionalism at all times
Work proactively with minimal management participation
Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong Event content and communications creation
Excellent follow-through and ability to track and communicate ROI
Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
Experienced in Webex
BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar
