Responsibilities
Develop and support the successful execution of end-to-end, coordinated communication and marketing campaigns across all owned and paid channels that drive event registration, attendance, and engagement pre, during, and post-event
Create and support effective communications and content for events such as: booth graphics/signage and digital content, internal and external communications (i.e. web, social (owned and paid), emails, customer invites, and other communication assets
Partner with Marquee and Industry Event Team, including Program Lead, Program Manager, Event Strategist, and Sr Audience Engagement Manager, and stakeholders to develop an event theme and bring it to life through all in-booth and communication assets
Partner with Marquee and Industry Event Team, including the Senior Audience Engagement Manager, to align on objectives/goals and KPIs for event success
Partner to create and follow readiness plans and provide resources to enable sellers and data/reporting requirements
Partner with Marquee and Industry Event Team, including the Senior Audience Engagement Manager, to drive agreed-upon outcomes from attendees (1:1 meetings, NDA meeting registration, etc.)
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop/measure/report on no-touch, low-touch, and high-touch plans and cultivate journey programs post-event
Qualification
Required
4-7 years of event marketing experience in the high-tech industry
3-5 years of communication experience
Solid PowerPoint/ Adobe Express skills. You are skilled at creating and delivering impactful presentations
You have a portfolio of event marketing content that you have written
Grammar and copyediting expertise
BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar
Preferred
You have a successful track record of leading events and creating and executing the marketing strategy for the events
You are a master juggler and can keep many items on track at the same time
You are a master of efficiency - the ideal person always looks for ways to consolidate the process, operation, and approach to make it better
You are well-versed in AI tools that help you do your job effectively
You are polished and professional -- you will be the primary interface to our clients and partners, and you must exude professionalism at all times
Work proactively and eagerly to help drive innovative thinking across our Marquee and Industry Event Portfolio
Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong Event content and communications creation
Excellent follow-through and ability to track and communicate ROI
Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
Experienced in Webex
