Responsibilities
Assist Electrical Engineer Manager and Project Managers in staffing projects based on availability of resources and needs of projects
Troubleshoot issues and serve as a chief technical resource
Develop, implement, and maintain electrical engineering standards and best practices
Provide peer and upward communication at appropriate times
Effectively lead group meetings with associates
Develop, mentor, and train associates in the electrical engineering group
Analyze and resolve work problems through improving processes and removing barriers for associates
Qualification
Required
Supervisory experience along with Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5 – 7 years of experience
Strong background and competency in setting up and tuning multiple AC/DC drives, as part of our in house designed control systems
Knowledge of AUTOCAD, Automation software, and custom programs
