Qualification
Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for the organization and engage diverse audiences
Financial management skills, including budget oversight, financial reporting, and donor fund management
Experience in nonprofit management or healthcare-related fields is highly desirable
A deep commitment to the mission of serving low-income, uninsured families with compassion and integrity
