Provide general supervision of installation team to achieve goals related to customer satisfaction, efficiency, profitability, and safety
Oversee and execute the recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management of all in-house installation staff
Cooperate and interface with third party appliance installation teams and companies to achieve company goals
Respond to installation-related issues from the field and provide timely follow up and resolution
Mentor, coach, and develop the installation team
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing installation teams
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to oversee recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management
Excellent problem-solving skills to address installation-related issues
