Scouting America, Montana Council is seeking a District Executive to help build adventures for youth and foster community leadership. The role involves cultivating a team of volunteers, orchestrating district operations, and driving membership and revenue growth.

Serve as a shining example, embodying the values of integrity, professionalism, and collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
A passion for the Scouting America's mission and principles
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, strong work ethic, and empathy
Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
Maintain residence in the geographical territory of the district
Provide and maintain an automobile in the performance of your duties
Offers for employment are subject to criminal, reference, and motor vehicle background checks
Preferred
Nonprofit, Sales, or Fundraising Experience
Fiscal management and budget development
Grit - perseverance, resilience, and tenacity in the face of challenges
Demonstrated history of hospitality and customer service
Scouting background (helpful but not required)
