Responsibilities
Oversee the entire certification process, including sending and tracking vendor certifications, maintaining records, and preparing customer certificates
Ensure all contractual certification and documentation requirements are met and manage the certification tracking dashboard
Collaborate with cross-functional departments and external auditors to ensure seamless compliance with Supply Chain requirements
Review exception reports and resolve out-of-compliance projects
Work with suppliers to assemble project traceability document packages
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain is preferred
0-1 years' experience in Supply chain
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Ability to produce reports and analyses from large data set
Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, DAX, or other query programming languages to perform analyses is preferred
Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and Power BI
