Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and litigation correspondence
Track and manage case deadlines, filings, and key litigation dates
Maintain organized case files and follow established workflows
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
Qualification
Required
Prior litigation paralegal experience and certification preferred
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal terminology
Preferred
Paralegal certification or relevant degree a plus
