They are seeking a Senior Financial Margin Coordinator who will manage and analyze sales margins, monitor product costs and pricing, and assist in financial analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
Administrative support for managing and analyzing sales margin (Gross Profit percentage, dollars per case and dollars per drop) by company, sales representative and customer
Assist in monitoring cost and pricing of products by category to ensure profit expectations while growing sales
Analyze daily orders for cost errors or price discrepancies
Ensure accuracy of cost for bids prior to calculating and roll process
Assist in performing basic financial analysis
Prints report for management or other departments; maintain accurate records
Back-up other Accounting, Finance or administrative support staff, as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
6-12 months experience in Accounting, Accounting administrative support
Critical thinking and attention to detail
Moderate to Advanced Excel skills
Preferred
Associate or greater degree in Accounting, Accounting administrative support or related area
1-2 years experience in Accounting, Accounting administrative support or related area
