Assess platforms, compare features, compliance, and integrations; prepare recommendations
Perform needs assessments, document workflows, and create future-state process maps
Configure tools (Teams auto attendants, Alchemer surveys, RedCAP forms)
Build automated workflows (Power Automate) and dashboards (Power BI)
Test implementations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT/OET
Develop SOPs, training guides, and train small teams
Track milestones, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with grant and County standards
Qualification
Required
1+ year in business systems analysis or IT project implementation
Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
