Handle cases from inception through resolution, with responsibility for strategy, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation in state and federal courts
Manage client relationships and drive matters forward
Work directly with senior partners who generate a steady flow of work
Qualification
Required
Seven or more years of experience in litigation
Experience in both commercial litigation and management-side employment litigation
Ability to handle cases from inception through resolution
Experience with strategy, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation in state and federal courts
Strong writing and advocacy skills
Comfort operating independently
New Jersey Bar admission
Preferred
Seven to ten years of experience in litigation
First chair or near first chair experience
