Lead our offers modernization effort - spearheading the future of offers at Capital One
Set product vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, prioritizing, capability delivery, and product roll-out strategy
Continually drive to understand customer needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions
Develop and lead customer research, prototyping, and test and learn agendas with a focus on building MVP experiences to learn about hypotheses
Direct world-class engineering teams to build high-availability, real-time systems that process millions of offers a year
Build and maintain strong relationships and feedback loops with leaders and stakeholders who manage the downstream operations and processes that depend on the capabilities and performance of our platforms
Act as the primary architect for platform strategy at the intersection of data, design, and technology
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
