Responsibilities
Support the design and development of a Lean SharePoint site to centralize project documentation, resources, and communications
Design, develop, and maintain interactive reporting dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights, support decision-making, and drive operational efficiency across business units
Assist in project planning, tracking milestones, and coordinating deliverables across teams
Contribute to change management activities including stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and training support
Create a strategy for user adoption of new tools and platforms
If time permits, execute the communication plan
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in business, project management, communications, marketing, information systems, or a related field with a minimum of two years completed
Familiarity with business project management and transformation initiatives
Exposure to waterfall and agile project methodologies
Understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement practices
Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies
Ability to develop and apply modern solutions (processes, tools, data) that meet business requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and levels
Comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment; values diverse perspectives
Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple responsibilities
High sense of responsibility, accountability, and commitment to quality
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint is a plus
