Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Work on the core application and several supporting microservices, implementing features and taking full ownership of them from start to finish
Suggest ideas and validate them with data
Build solutions with the support of the team
Run A/B tests when needed
Write tests while proactively fixing issues along the way
Help improve the existing codebase and minimize technical debt
Discuss ideas and implementation details during code reviews

Qualification

Ruby on RailsReactPythonPostgreSQLUI/UX DesignOpen Source ContributionCI/CD

Required

Strong interest in design and UI/UX
Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Vite, Bootstrap, and Ant Design
Ability to implement features and take full ownership from start to finish
Experience with testing frameworks like Rspec, Rubocop, Cuprite, and Capybara
Experience with CI/CD tools like Github Actions
Ability to work asynchronously and communicate effectively in a remote environment
Proactive approach to fixing issues and minimizing technical debt
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and caching systems like Redis
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes

Preferred

Experience contributing to open-source projects
Familiarity with data processing tools like Apache Kafka and ClickHouse
Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Terragrunt
Interest in A/B testing and data validation
