Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales and lead generation plans to grow Star Managed Services’ customer base
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls, emails, and social outreach to generate new business opportunities
Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to close
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business needs and aligning them with tailored IT and managed services solutions
Collaborate with marketing and internal sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates
Schedule and lead discovery calls, presentations, and demos to move opportunities through the pipeline
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, activity levels, and market trends to refine outreach strategies
Ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction by coordinating with internal operations and service delivery teams
Continuously refine sales processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
Represent Star Managed Services at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand brand awareness
Stay informed about emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and industry developments to support consultative selling

Qualification

Required

1–3 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence
Proven ability to meet or exceed activity-based KPIs (calls, emails, meetings set)
Resilient attitude and comfort with rejection in a fast-paced sales environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and desire to advance within a sales organization

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required
