Qualification
Required
Overseeing both the Residence Inn and AC Hotel in Missoula, MT
Administer, direct, and coordinate all functions related to employment including staffing, benefits, training, compensation, and compliance with employment laws
Assist in processing employee payroll in a timely and accurate manner
Assist in staffing qualified personnel
Ensure employment statute compliance
Oversee all aspects of wage, benefit, workers compensation, unemployment, gratuities, service charges and training program direction, implementation, and administration
Process background and credit checks
Facilitate the new hire paperwork process
Facilitate HR orientation
Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities, including recruitment fairs as required
